ספר משפחת וייס הוא אתר משפחתי פרטי. הוא נועד לשמור את הספר ולהמשיך לעדכן אותו. אין בו פרסומות, ואנחנו לא מוכרים ולא מעבירים מידע לאף אחד.

המידע נשמר אצל חברות שירות מוכרות, רק לצורך הפעלת האתר: Google (הכניסה), Supabase (מאגר הנתונים), Vercel (האתר עצמו) ו-Resend (המיילים של האתר). הן לא משתמשות במידע למטרה אחרת.

Privacy Policy: Weiss Family Book

Weiss Family Book (beitweiss.com) is a private, non-commercial family website that preserves and updates a family genealogy book. There are no ads, and we never sell or share personal information.

Access. The welcome page, the sign-in page, the first five book pages and this policy are public. Everything else is available only to people who sign in with a Google account.

What we collect.

  • From Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture. We use only these basic profile scopes (openid, email, profile). We have no access to your password, your Gmail or any other Google data.
  • When you submit an update to the book: its content, the date, and your account, so that every change can be reviewed and undone if needed.
  • An internal activity log: sign-ins, which book pages you opened, what you searched for, and updates you sent, together with your email. Only the site administrator can see it. No IP addresses are stored. Entries are deleted after 12 months.
  • A session cookie that keeps you signed in, and your display preferences. Unfinished update drafts are stored only on your device.

Why. To limit the site to family members, and to keep a full, reversible history of changes.

Who sees it. Signed-in family members see the book and its updates, without the updater's name. Only the site administrator (גילי מור-יוסף) sees who made each update and the activity log, and gets an email about every change.

Service providers. Google (sign-in), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email). They process data only to run this site.

Your choices. To correct, hide or delete information, to see what was logged about you, or to delete your account, email mosheweissbook@gmail.com from the address you signed in with. We delete your name, email and picture. Updates already accepted into the book may remain in it, without your name. We aim to reply within 7 days.
